Just fill in the information requested, bring it with a copy of your DD Form 214 or 225, and your $15.00 membership fee to our next meeting, give it to either the Chapter President or Vice-president, and that's all there is to it. You will be notified promptly of your membership application status. Remember, you can come out and visit us without being a member.
